If you’re unhappy with Keyboard Action and would like to request a refund you can do so within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days no refunds can be granted.
We do ask you to allow us to help if you’re experiencing any issues with the plugin. We’re very dedicated to making Keyboard Action the best it can be and are happy to resolve any issues that may occur.
We also ask that you give the plugin a good try before requesting a refund. Use it for at least 7 days, and try to remember to use it as much as possible. We know that getting used to a new (improved) workflow can take a bit of time and may feel a bit off in the start. This is due to your muscle memory of going to your mouse every time, give yourself some time to getting used to it.
