Use the Pending post action to update the the currently viewing post, page or custom post type to the ‘Pending’ status.

Using this command on the admin/edit screen it will save and refresh the page as if you were regularly set the post as to pending.

On the front-end the page status will be updated on the background, the page wil not automatically refresh.
